Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Groups
MBSR is an eight week experiential programme based on mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioural techniques. It has been shown to effectively increase resilience and reduce stress and worry in a wide range of people, including those living with chronic health conditions or people working in high stress environments. I offer the MBSR programme to organisations that want to include this intervention as part of their staff well-being offer.
Workshops, Training & Supervision
I supervise practitioner psychologists and allied mental health professionals who work in private practice, the NHS and the charitable sector. I also run bespoke trainings and workshops for mental health professionals on topics such as Young People's Mental Health; Working in Private Practice; Incorporating Breath-work in Psychological Therapy.
Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing
In addition to being a psychologist, I am also a registered yoga teacher and have benefited from regular practice for more than ten years. I offer yoga classes to organisations, individuals and groups. My teaching style focuses on the alignment of body, mind, and spirit and encourages students to learn through personal enquiry and from their own experience. My intention is to create a welcoming environment and make yoga accessible, inclusive and fun.
